Diconal Nasal Drops is a combination medicine used in the treatment of nasal congestion. It treats congestion associated with allergies, hay fever, sinus irritation and common cold. It also reduces the dryness or irritation in the nose and provides a soothing effect.Diconal Nasal Drops should be used as you have been advised by your doctor. Do not use it more often or for longer than recommended. Normally you should blow your nose gently before using it, keep one nostril closed while applying the medicine into the other and then sniff hard to make sure it reaches deep into the nose. Then repeat for the other nostril. It provides relief very quickly and can last for several hours.The most common side effects are nasal discomfort, nasal irritation, sneezing, and dry nose. These are usually mild but if they bother you or do not go away, your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing them. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you have any kidney or liver diseases so that your doctor can prescribe a suitable dose for you. Q. What is Woriheal Tablet?
Woriheal Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, Trypsin and Chymotrypsin. This medicine helps in decreasing pain and swelling. It lowers the levels of chemical substances in the body that causes pain and swelling.

Q. Can I get addicted to Woriheal Tablet?
No, there is no report of any patient getting addicted to Woriheal Tablet.

Q. Can I stop taking Woriheal Tablet when my pain is relieved?
Woriheal Tablet is usually used for short term and can be discontinued when your pain is relieved. However, Woriheal Tablet should be continued if your doctor has advised you to do so.

Q. Can the use of Woriheal Tablet cause dizziness?
Yes, the use of Woriheal Tablet can cause dizziness (feeling faint, weak, unsteady or lightheaded) in some patients. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded, it is better to rest for some time and resume once you feel better.

Q. Can the use of Woriheal Tablet cause damage to kidneys?
Yes, long-term use of Woriheal Tablet can cause damage to the kidneys. Normal kidneys produce a chemical called prostaglandins that protects them from damage. Use of painkillers lowers the levels of prostaglandins in the body leading to kidney damage due to long-term use. Use of painkillers is not recommended to patients with underlying kidney disease.

Q. Can the use of Woriheal Tablet cause damage to liver?
Woriheal Tablet contains Paracetamol. This medicine is known to cause harm to the liver especially in the doses above the recommended level. Also, avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine, as it may further increase your risk of liver damage. Use of this medicine should preferably be avoided in patients with underlying liver disease. Contact your doctor immediately if you notice any early signs and symptoms of liver damage. These symptoms may include fever, rash, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, stomach pain, dark urine, yellow skin or eyes and abnormal liver enzymes.

It may take about an hour to see the initial benefit of pain relief after taking Woriheal Tablet.

Q. What if I forget to take Woriheal Tablet?
If you forget to take the scheduled dose of Woriheal Tablet and it is almost time for your next dose, skip the dose you missed and take your next dose at the scheduled time. Otherwise, take it as soon as you remember, and then go back to taking your medicine as you would normally. Do not take a double dose to make up for the dose you missed because this may increase the risk of unwanted side effect. If you are not sure what to do, consult your doctor about how to manage a situation like this.

No, taking a higher than the recommended dose may not be more effective, rather it may increase the chances of having some serious side effects and toxicity.
