This medicine is taken during daytime hours when people stand most often. But, it should not be taken if you are going to lie down for a long time after the dose. You should always take this medicine as advised by the doctor and should never stop it without consulting the doctor. You should monitor your blood pressure regularly while taking this medicine.Common side effects of this medicine include headache, nausea, rash, urinatry retention, difficulty in urination, and flushing. It may also cause supine hypertension, it is increase in your blood pressure while lying down. Consult your doctor if these side effects bother you.Before taking this medicine, it is better to let your doctor know if you are suffering from any kidney or liver disease. Also, pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers should consult doctor before taking it. You must inform doctor about all the other medicines that you are taking apart from this medicine. - Alcohol : UNSAFE

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Duxet M 20mg/1.5mg Capsule.

- Pregnancy : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR

- Breast feeding : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR

Duxet M 20mg/1.5mg Capsule is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

- Driving : UNSAFE

Duxet M 20mg/1.5mg Capsule may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

- Kidney : CAUTION

Duxet M 20mg/1.5mg Capsule should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Duxet M 20mg/1.5mg Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Dose adjustment is not recommended in patients with mild and moderate kidney disease.

- Liver : UNSAFE

Duxet M 20mg/1.5mg Capsule is probably unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of Duxet M 20mg/1.5mg Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
